New Delhi : “Education and training ecosystem is undergoing a fast transition phase. On the one hand, our institutions are creating skilled workforce but on the other hand, the industry is facing the drought of the appropriately skilled workforce.
Somewhere in the country, we have an abundance of degree holders without work but on some other places, industry is not able to find even unskilled workers to work. In order to address this challenge, we need intensive work out by thinking the problems from the Indian perspective.

Being a technology driven organization, the federation will also focus on internet based platforms for presence in the remotest part of the country. With a mandate to enrich the information repository, enhance the outreach and spread awareness, FESDIP has signed an MoU with Skill Reporter.
