Karfectar : State Institute of Capacity Building (SICB), under the aegis of the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Sikkim is the nodal agency to implement Deen Dayal Upadhvava Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), a skill development program under Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India for skilling of 1600 rural youth from Sikkim state with placement linkage.
State Institute of Capacity Building (SICB) through its notification Ref. No. GOS/SICB/2016-17/20(57) dated: 27th February, 2018 hereby invites proposal from interested Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to implement projects under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) scheme in the state of Sikkim.
Interested agencies may submit their proposals online at https://www.ddugky.gov.in or https://www.ruralskills.in as per the format prescribed by MoRD along with the application fee of Rs. 25,000/- to be paid to the following bank account.

Project duration should be of a maximum of three years. As per the targets available with the state at present, PIA should submit the proposal for a span of 3, 6 months.
PIAs are requested to submit their proposals on or before 30th March, 2018. Proposals received after the scheduled date shall be considered on a later date subject to availability of fund and target.
As per target assigned by the Ministry of Rural Development, preference will be given to PIAs with registered office and working experiences in the State of Sikkim.
