Ashta (Sehore) : State Urban Livelihood Mission (SULM), M.P., under Directorate Urban Administration Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) is implementing the DAY-National Urban Livelihood Mission (DAY-NULM) programme of GoI at State in 70 mission cities. The program is designed to provide sustainable livelihood to urban poor through skill training.
State Urban Livelihood Mission (SULM), Nagar Palika Parishad, Sehore, M.P. through its Request for Proposal S. No. 53/DAY-NULM/18 dated 11-04-2018 now invites proposals from Skill Training Providers for providing training, certification & placement ( employment and self employment ) to the urban poor (BPL) in cities of Ashta district under Employment through Skill Training and Placement (EST&P) component of NULM.
NSDC partner Skill Training Providers or Government ITI, Polytecnics, Technical Universities etc. imparting NSQF aligned training Banking and Finance, Beauty and Wellness, Electronics, Tourism and Hospitality, Travel, ICT, Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare, Construction, Retail , Garment Making, Food Processing, Solar Energy, Security, Telecom, Automotive sectors and who possess infrastructure in ASHTA District which comply with infrastructural requirements ( space, tools & equipment ) as laid by NSDC can submit their proposals. Empanelled partners have to provide 70 percent placement (50 percent employed and 20 percent self employed placement) with a minimum salary of 6000 with in 3 months of completion of training.
The contract once signed will be valid for 3 years subjected to termination / extension based on performance review annually. At the time of signing of contract, selected partner has to deposit performance guarantee of total training cost allocated 5 percent or 1,00,000 which ever is higher in the form of Fixed Deposit.
