DGT in the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has received a Credit from IDA (International Development Association) under the Vocational Training Improvement Project.
DGT intends to engage a professionally qualified consultant to develop and implement an effective communication strategy. DGT invites Expression of Interest for selection of a consultancy firm for “Development and Implementation of Communications Strategy and it‟s Support” for a period of 2 years for which Terms of Reference in respect of EoI has been published by the Directorate.
