Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM), an autonomous registered society under the aegis of Rural Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh aims to appoint District and Block Mission Managers. The qualifications, experience and remunerations are as under:
Position: District Mission Manager-Skill Development & Jobs
Educational Qualification: Post graduate Degree in business administration with specialization in marketing/ Human Resource / International Business/ IT/ Hospitality/ Economics/Commerce OR PG Diploma in above disciplines.
Work Experience : Should have of at least 03 years of relevant post qualification work experiencein planning and organizing market oriented training for employment for women and youth, including in rural communities, of which at least 1 year should be at the Block Level or above.
Age Limit : For District and Block level positions, the maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of issue of advertisement
Age relaxation is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh State Government Reservation Policy
Salary : INR 45,000-75,000 per month
Position: Block Mission Manager-Skill and Jobs
Educational qualification : Post graduate Degree in business administration with specialization in marketing/ Human Resource / International Buissiness / IT/ Hospitality/ Economics/ Commerce or PG Diploma in above disciplines
Work Experience : Should have of at least 02 years of relevant post qualification work experience in planning and organizing market oriented training for employment for women and youth, including in rural communities.
Salary : INR 25,000 -45,000 per month
Age Limit: For District and Block level positions, the maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of issue of advertisement
Age relaxation is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh State Government Reservation Policy
General Information:
Computer skills: For all the positions candidate should be well aware with MS-office.
Languages: Candidate should know English and Hindi Language.
