Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council appoints Mona Gupta as CEO

New Delhi: Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council on 27th of January 2021, announced appointment of Mona Gupta as it’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ms. Gupta will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and functions of DWSSC in the skill development ecosystem.

Ms. Mona Gupta has over 30 years of experience in Government, International Organizations and Industry Associations; on Public Policy, Management, Economic & Social Development. Some of her key areas of expertise are Branding, Skill Development, Education, Livelihoods, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Gender Equality. Her academic qualifications include a Masters in Business Economics (MBE) from Delhi University and a Post Graduate  Program in International Business IIM (A), She has been certified for Gender Management Systems & CSR by EU Government and ILO respectively.

She brings a lot of passion and commitment to the domestic work sector and under her leadership DWSSC will move more strongly  towards its vision and create a policy and practice ecosystem in which domestic work is done professionally and workers lead a dignified life.
