Amendment (Clarification) in clause 13.5 and Extension of last date of submission of proposal for Migration Counseling Cum Registration Center/s (MCRCs)

Patna : With reference to the RFP for Selection of Agency for Establishing, Operating and Maintenance of Migration Counseling Cum Registration Center/s (MCRCs) for Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) vide Ref No. BSDM/10/2018-19 dated 01.03.2019 Published in papers vide PR No. – 18603 (LRD) 2018-19, it is hereby notified that,

For clarification of doubts the Clause 13.5 “Formula to determine the scores for the Financial Bids” for a particular MCRC shall be read as follows:
SF = FL/F * 1000, where
SF is the Financial Score
FL is the value of lowest Commercial Bid
F is the price quoted in the bid under consideration

The last date to download the tender document from the website “https://www.eproc.bihar.gov.in” is extended from 10.06.2019 (15:00 Hrs) to 19.06.2019 (15:00 Hrs.) The last date for submission of uploading of offer/Bid is extended from 12.06.2019 to 21.06.2019 up to 15.00Hrs. Also the last date of EMD submission is also extended from 12.06.2019 to 21.06.2019 up to 15.00 Hrs. Technical Bid will be opened on 21.06.2019 at 16:30 Hrs.
