This refers to Ministry’s notice regarding E.O.I for setting up of new JSSs published in the newspapers (dailies) dated 22nd May 2022.
The Terms and Conditions of the previous Notice stands modified as below:
- The FCRA condition is optional instead of mandatory. If an NGO has received any foreign funding in the past, or intends to get in future, they must submit FCRA approval.
- Bank Guarantee of Rs.20 lakh for 12 months instead of Rs.30 lakh for 18months.
