Patna : In view of pre-bid meeting 15 March 2019, certain modifications / amendments in some of the provisions of above RFP has been made as below:
1. Under point 2- Team Qualification & Experience of “point B-Technical Evaluation”, under clause 6 “Evaluation of Bids” of section “Instruction to the Bidders” (page 16 of 25), of the Term “Team Experience” the word Data collection team stands deleted and the term “Team Experience” should be read as under:
* Team Experience: Relevant experience as well as relevant skills & competencies; Professional expertise, knowledge and experience with similar projects”
2. The whole of 2nd para under Duration of Assignment of “clause V” – Key Deliverables and Time line under “Scope of Work” is amended and should be read as below (11 of 25):
