For clarification of doubts the Clause 13.5 “Formula to determine the scores for the Financial Bids” for a particular MCRC shall be read as follows:
SF = FL/F * 1000, where
SF is the Financial Score
FL is the value of lowest Commercial Bid
F is the price quoted in the bid under consideration
The last date to download the tender document from the website “https://www.eproc.bihar.gov.in” is extended from 03.06.2019 (15:00 Hrs) to 18.06.2019 (15:00 Hrs.) The last date for submission of uploading of offer/Bid is extended from 05.06.2019 to 20.06.2019 up to 15.00Hrs. Also the last date of EMD submission is also extended from 05.06.2019 to 20.06.2019 up to 15.00 Hrs. Technical Bid will be opened on 20.06.2019 at 16:30 Hrs.
