National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) through its Notice No. NSDC-MoMA-SAK-RFP-2020/10/15 invites proposals from the organizations which meet the eligibility as mentioned in the RFP document for implementation of “Seekho aur Kamao” scheme to train minority candidates (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains) from and in the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh for training courses aligned to National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) for the financial year 2020- 21. The scheme will be implemented in accordance with Revised guidelines of “Seekho aur Kamao” scheme of MoMA.

The interested applicants will need to submit the details by filling the online application form at the RFP portal and uploading the requisite documents. The link for accessing the RFP portal will be shortly published in Business Section on SkillReporter.com and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) website. No other form of submission including hard copy will be entertained. The deadline for the submission of application is 20th November 2020/ 15 days from the RFP Portal becoming live, whichever is earlier.
Following are the key Instructions to be followed by training partners during the tenure of the project –
1. Training During the Pandemic. Training Partners need to follow the attached MoHFW guidelines during the tenure of the project on preventive measures to contain spread of COVID-19 in training centres. For those issues which are not addressed in the MoHFW guidelines, attached MSDE guidelines would be referred.
2. Only Aadhar enabled candidates will be taken under the scheme so that direct benefit transfer would be done through the bank accounts linked with Aadhar.
3. For biometric attendance/ AEBAS, the centers will have to place Iris scanner machine.
4. The scheme will be implemented in accordance with Revised guidelines of “Seekho aur Kamao” scheme of MoMA and attached Standard operating procedure (SOP) published on NSDC website.
