1. National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites proposals from organizations that meet the eligibility as mentioned in the RFP document for the implementation of skill certification under Special Projects in PMKVY 3.0. 2. The scheme will be implemented in accordance with Guidelines for PMKVY 3.0 (2020 -21). They can be accessed at https://www.msde.gov.in/sites/default/files/2021-01/PMKVY%20Guideline%20report_(06-01-2021)_V5.pdf Please go through the guidelines before applying for Special Projects.

3. Interested applicants will need to submit the details by filling the online application form at the RFP portal and uploading the requisite documents. The link for accessing the Special Projects RFP portal is https://specialprojectrfp.nsdcindia.org
4. No other form of submission including hard copy will be entertained. The deadline for the submission of applications is May 1, 2021 5.30 PM.
Key Instructions:
a) Training During the Pandemic: SPIAs need to follow the MoHFW guidelines during the tenure of the project on preventive measures to contain spread of COVID-19 in training centres. For those issues which are not addressed in the MoHFW guidelines, the MSDE guidelines would be referred at http://pmkvyofficial.org/App_Documents/News/OMsand-SOP-for-opening-of-TCs-underPMKVY-2016-20.pdf.
b) PMKVY 3.0 (2020 -21) is a scheme with a limited duration and limited targets. Therefore, please apply for Special Projects targets, keeping in mind the short duration of the scheme.
