This is regarding NSDC’s ongoing G2G collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Skill Verification Program (SVP).
SVP aims to verify that professional workers possess the required qualifications and skills to perform their professions in the KSA. It is through a competency-based exam (theoretical and practical) in their respective fields of specialisation contributes to raising the quality of skill levels.
In this regard, Takamol Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (under the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development, KSA) has collaborated with NSDC to implement the program in India. The target audience is Indian blue-collar workers willing to work in Saudi Arabia across the 23 benchmarked occupations in four phases.
Please note that both NSDC and TakaMol are looking to onboard credible and quality testing centres across all the states. The centres are required to conduct skill assessment tests in the following trades under Phase II and Phase III for the following occupations.
