State Rural Livelihoods Mission (SRLM) conducting Walk-In Interviews for various positions for DDU-GKY

Patna : Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) is implementing Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Gramin Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY). DDU-GKY aims to create sustainable impact on rural poverty by skilling rural youths 18 to 35 years of age, who are poor and linking them with regular wage employment.

In order to achieve the aforesaid objective, BRLPS is inviting applications from interested candidates for the position mentioned below:-
SPM – PIA Coordination & Development
SPM – Mobilization, Counselling & Job Fairs
SPM – Pedagogy and Learning Management
SPM – Inspection, QA & Branding

1 SPM -PIA coordination & development (01 Position: UR – 1) Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work

Experience:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in relevant fields like dealing with co-ordination activities at a multi-stakeholder organization, industry engagements, marketing, sales, partner engagements.
  2. Proven experience of handling multiple projects involving forging linkages with industries, NGOs, State/ Local government.
  3. Experience in assisting set -up of self-employment initiatives for the skilled youth through incubation
  4. E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred
  5. State/ National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Support & coordinate with PIAs and resolving PIA issues.
  2. Preparing PIAs report (both qualitative and quantitative) for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports.
  3. Identify, classify and define possible and new PIA for engagement with DDU-GKY program
  4. Manage, monitor, plan and organize meetings/ knowledge sharing activities, learning outcomes
  5. Build a knowledge base of learning and results

2 SPM-Mobilisation, Counselling & Job Fairs (01 Position: UR – 1) Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work

Experience:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in relevant fields like counselling/ social mobilization programs / Job Fairs.
  2. Should have demonstrable experience in interfacing with multiple stakeholders, monitoring, at various levels
  3. Prior experience in skilling shall be given preference.
  4. Experience in assisting set -up of self-employment initiatives for the skilled youth through incubation preferred
  5. State/National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Developing effective mobilization and counselling strategies for project beneficiaries
  2. Prepare formats (both qualitative and quantitative) for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports
  3. Undertake key activities to facilitate student placement through organizing job fairs, building industry partnerships etc.
  4. Monitor the operation of Migration Support Centres
  5. Facilitate the overseas placements

3 SPM- Pedagogy and Learning Management (01 Position: UR – 1) Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work

Experience:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience relevant field like developing curriculum standards for skill / vocational training, Experience in development of NOS/ curriculum development/ L&D in skill.
  2. Experience in undertaking quality assurance in training quality management.
  3. Experience in assessing training quality and trainer quality
  4. Experience in designing QA standards and protocols
  5. E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred.
  6. State/National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Assess learning and training quality, methodology, curriculum of PIAs as per the standards and skill assessment frameworks
  2. Assess and review learning management systems, trainer quality and training related processes
  3. Review NOS, curriculums, assessments both formative and final based on various methodology (e.g. random samples etc.)
  4. Assesses learning pedagogy and provide inputs on the improvements Support the State team in terms of standards, curriculum for TVET, certifications, assessments, performance etc.

4 SPM- Inspection, QA & Branding (01 Position: UR – 1) Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work

Experience:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in relevant field like monitoring advisories, inspections of multiple partners, Project Performance and Management.
  2. Experience of working in projects involving designing and implementing Communications framework and creation of knowledge database.
  3. Quality Assurance/Monitoring in multi-stakeholder ecosystem of skill development project.
  4. E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred
  5. State/ National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Support the State in project performance assessment and project quality assessment
  2. Perform inspections as per the norms of the training centres over and above those done by the CTSAs
  3. Create inspection plans, collate results and support other members in monitoring, quality management, PIA management, assessments, and reviews.
  4. Monitoring inspection and preparing closure report of inspection conducted
