Haryana will soon have a Skill University, which would be set up at village Dudhola in district Palwal.
Principal Secretary, Technical Education Department, AK Singh said that the State Government has constituted a committee under the Chairmanship of Vice Chancellor, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar to prepare draft Act and framework for the proposed Skill University.
He said that while Director General, Technical Education will be member of the committee, Deputy Director Higher Education, Hemant Verma would be an expert. Director Technical Education will be Member Secretary of the committee. The committee would submit draft Act and the framework of faculties and courses for the proposed Skill University within one month.
