Shimla : A Skill Conclave to be held at Peterhoff on 14th December under Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) in which a panel discussion will be held with the participation of at least 20 Industry Partners. A spokesman of HPKVN said today that the inaugural session to be followed with the address of Chief Minister Mr. Virbhadra Singh and there would be panel discussion for the Industry Partners coming from all across the Country.
