World Class Skill Training to be impart at Global Skill Park in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal : Training will begin in the Global Skill Park from the month of August. Minister of State for Technical Education and Skill Development (Independent Charge) Deepak Joshi inaugurated the beginning of Online Registration for admission in the Global Skill Park on Tuesday. He also informed about the dedicated website www.globalskillspark.org of the park. After the online registration, Joshi gave on the spot admission slips to ITI pass students Pooja Medhe and Sandeep Pawar. The online registration for admission in the Skill Park will continue till July 31. First merit list will be released on August 2. Registration fee is Rs. 30 and classes will be conducted at Global Skill Park, City Campus, Govindpura.

Selection for Course A-Advance Certificate Course in Precision Engineering will be held on the basis of marks obtained in ITI (NCVT) or diploma. The annual fee is Rs. 75 thousand. The other course is Course B-Specialisation Certificate Course-BTech /BE in Mechanical Industrial or Production Engineering. Industry Employees (NCVT Certified Turner/ Mechanist/Fitter/Grinder/ Mechanical Machine Tools Maintenance). Fee of Rs. 15 thousand per specialization will be charged. Relaxation in fee will be given as per the directives of the Government.

Joshi has mentioned that the World Class training will be imparted at the Global Skill Park. He informed that the park is being developed with cooperation of Singapore. Team from Singapore will impart training to trainers of the park. Besides, Joshi honoured student of ITI Balaghat Aarti Barekar, the winner of National Skill Competition. The Power Point presentation was also given on the activities of the Global Skill Park.

Vote of thanks was proposed by the Director of Skill Development Sanjeev Singh. Secretary Technical Education Sukhveer Singh, Lim Ci U of IITS Singapore and Representatives of various industries were present on the occasion.
