e-Tenders invited from TPs to conduct RPL training under PWD funded Scheme

Electronic Bids are hereby invited by Director, Skill Development on behalf of Governor of Tripura under single bid e-procurement systems through website http://tripuratenders.gov.in from the interested National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) SMART Portal/Skill India Portal registered Training Providers and all who have conducted RPL training under Directorate of Skill Development. Government of Tripura for Skill Development RPL Training Under PWD(DWS) funded scheme.

Eligibility and qualification of the bidder

Technical Capacity

Eligibility criteria for applying the Request for Proposal for conducting Recognition of Prior Learning of DWS(PWD).

  1. Must be an NSDC Training Partner or registered Training Provider.
  2. Should have experience in conducting skill development training under PMKVY/ any other State-funded scheme in the State/ experience in RPL training in the relevant sector.
  3. The total number of pages for the proposal shall be a maximum of 80 pages with duly signed on every page.
  4. The proposal should be indexed well along with page numbers. The submission of proposals without a proper index shall lead to cancellation.
  5. Mobilization & Counseling: DWS (PWD) Department in coordination with the Rural Development, and Public Work Department (PWD) Government of Tripura will share the GP/VC wise list of trainees workers with the concerned TP. TPs shall be responsible for finalizing the batch in discussion with DWS(PWD) in the concerned District and the training information should be shared with the district Administration. The concerned Training Partners will counsel and screen the candidate Based on the list provided by DWS(PWD) Department.
    1. To conduct awareness and dissemination of information about the Skill Development activities in each district.
    2. Necessary awareness /publicity and coordination with DWS Department shall be done by selected training providers.
    3. The list of trainees required for the training would be provided by the DWS(PWD) Department and information on the batch shall be done from the list certified by DWS Department.

Eligible bidders shall participate in tendering only in online mode, through the website https://tripuratenders.gov.in.Bidders are allowed to bid 24×7 until the time of bid closing, with the option for Re-Submission, wherein only their latest submitted Bid would be considered for evaluation. The e-Procurement website will not allow any Bid to attempt bidding, after the scheduled date and time of Bid Submission. Submission of Bids in hard copies is also required.

Tender Fee and EMD are to be paid electronically using the Online Payment Facility provided in the Portal. Bids shall be opened online by respectively designated Bid openers of the Department and the same shall be accessible by intending Bidders through the website https://tripuratenders.gov.in.
