Raipur : National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), MoRD of Govt of India is implementing placement linked skill development program under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) for which Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (CGSRLM) – Bihaan is the nodal agency to implement the project.
In view of simplification & streamlining of project application process, as per the notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 of MoRD GoI, CGSRLM (Bihaan) invites proposal from registered Project Implementation Agency (PIA with valid PRN No.) with MoRD, Govt. of India for the implementation of DDU-GKY & Roshni project in the state. Interested agencies may submit their proposals online at http://www.ruralskills.in/ along with application fee of Rs 25,000/- to be paid to the bank account detailed as under :

Submission of proposals is a continuous process and the cuttoff date for this round of application would be 30th November 2017. The proposal submitted on or before 30th November 2017, would be considered in this round and application received after aforesaid sate shall be considered in next round of application subject to the availability of targets with the state. Incomplete proposals in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
As per the targets available with the state at present (Total Targets available 15,461), the PIAs should submit the proposal for long term duration courses only (Greater than or equal to 1152 hours). Proposals submitted only for short term duration courses will not be considered in this round of appraisal.
PIAs are encourages to apply for project in Construction sector with following demand driven trades like : a) Mason b) Carpenter c) Bar-Bender d) Steel Fixer
Apart than the above mentioned trades PIAs can also apply for the following sectors :
(1) Green Skills (Solar PV installer)
(2) Agriculture
(3) Iron & Steel (Power)
(4) Automobile
(5) Security
(6) Logistics
(7) BFSI (Banking & Accounting)
(8) Mining & Quarrying
