Himachal Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, Department of Rural Development, HP through its EOI No. 30/2014-15 DDUGKY-V3 dated 18/03/2020Â invites proposals from Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) with Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of DDU-GKY project in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Interested PIAs may submit their proposals online at www.erp.ddugky.info as per prescribed format and process by MoRD along with non-refundable application fee of Rs. 25,000 per application drawn in favour of CEO, HPSRLM A/C no. 366801000332 ICICI Bank, Kasumpti, Shimla. IFSC Code – ICIC0003668. Qualitative fee will be applicable separately to qualified PIAs. This is in pursuant of notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April regarding appraisal process of new projects.
The proposal should be submitted on or before 11th April 2020 till 5:00 pm application received after aforesaid date and time shall not be entertained. Incomplete application received after aforesaid date and time not be entertained. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected and PIA will have to resubmit applications as per norms.
Project duration should be maximum of 3 years or 31st March 2022 whichever is earlier. This EOI is also open to champion employers and agencies that shall provide captive placements. Proposed training shall be fully residential.
* Bank Guarantee will be taken equivalent to the amount of installment released.
* All the courses adopted should be NSQF aligned.
* PIAs can adopt any NSQF aligned trade and preference will be given to those PIAs who will come with market linked trades.
* PIAs have to mobilize candidates from the remote / hard areas of the state and also have to mobilize MGNREGA workers for the project Unnati. Strict monitoring will be done by the HPSRLM for the mobilisation component.
* PIAs who will offer training centers outside the state will be considered only up to Chandigarh.
