AAMC – Australian Academy of Mentoring and Coaching Training Group introduces ITAC – International Training & Assessment Course, a vocational and certified skill development and enhancement course for trainers and assessors, which provides the opportunity to work with sector skill councils across industrial sectors in India and overseas. After covering Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai in the first quarter of 2016 AAMC is now providing 2 more workshops in India, in cities Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
ITAC workshops focus on enabling trainers to be competent entrepreneurs, thereby enabling them to build their own skill development programs and forge links with relevant government agencies. AAMC Training recently conducted training, where more than 20 candidates from Jindal Steel Work(JSW) attended the training, at Mumbai. The training was initiated by Indian Iron And Steel Sector Skill Council(IISSSC).The training included various topics to enhance the skills of a professional or individual for their better growth such as communication skills, e-communication, leadership, promote team effectiveness, making presentations etc. The trainer makes a difference. It was trainer who made a “training” into the “learning”.
Mr. Ravi Shankar from IISSSC said “Participants react more favorably to trainers who have experiences in their industry. The more closely the instructor can link the training to participants real life experience, the better for training transfer, and the application of the information later on their jobs.”

And every year an additional 20,000 qualified trainers and assessors will need to join the team to train and assess 400 million youth by year 2022.
