Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation through its Notification No.: F()RSLDC/ELSTP/EoI/2020-21/30807-811Â regarding EoI (Expression of Interest) is formulated to set procedures of empanlement with aim to ensure early and easy initiation of Skill Training in the sector having potentials of wages / self-employment. The EoI will be applicable for ELSTP scheme based on proposal falling under following conditions:
Eligibility
Industries: Should be a Registered Proprietor / Partnership / LLP / Private Limited / Public Limited which is active and operational for more than 5 years anywhere in the country. Minimum annual turnover should be 100 crore.
Federations / Industry Associations: Large federations who are registered in Rajasthan for at least 10 years at the time of application. Industrial Associations and their district chapters who are registered in Rajasthan for at least 10 years at time of application. Associations should have 100 industry members.
Universities : Universities or eminent government aided colleges / Institutes, who have adequate infrastructure to conduct training and have placement linkages. Should have been University colleges / institute with at least 03 years of experience. Affiliate colleges meeting the eligibility can also apply. Minimum annual turnover should be 2.5 Crore.
Sector Skill Council : The Agency should be a registered Proprietor / Partnership / LLP / Private Limited / Public Limited / Society / Trust / Association having affiliation of recognition of relevant Board or Council.
Last Date: The window for such empanelment shall be available throughout the year.
