New Delhi : With reference to the IFP/PMKVY/2018/0027 “Selection of Agencies for Validation and Verification of Placement under PMKVY (2016-2020) under Framework Agreement (Two Bid: Technical and Financial Bids)”, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has issued Corrigendum 1 dated 28th September 2018 to the IFP/PMKVY/2018/0027 in Tender document, details are as under:
Clause – 21, Deadline for Submission of Proposals Page – 13
Existing Clause : 21.1 Proposals must be received by the Purchaser at NSDC eprocurement Portal https://nsdc.eproc.in/ProductNSDC/publicDash no later than 1st October 2018 14:00 Hrs. The process of registration, application and submission is mentioned at Annexure 1 to ITP.
Amended Clause : 21.1 Proposals must be received by the Purchaser at NSDC eprocurement Portal https://nsdc.eproc.in/ProductNSDC/publicDash no later than 10th October 2018 14:00 Hrs. The process of registration, application and submission is mentioned at Annexure 1 to ITP.

Existing Clause : 24.1 The Purchaser will open Technical Proposals, including withdrawal notices and modifications, in public, in the presence of Proposers’ representatives who choose to attend, at NSDC office on 1st October 2018 at 15:00 hours (b). Proposers’ representatives shall sign a register as proof of their attendance. In the event of the specified date of the proposal opening being declared a holiday for the Purchaser the Proposals shall be opened at the appointed time and location on the next working day.
